• Follow SVP eCommerce procedures • Research items to find out their potential value • Photograph and catalogue items on SVP spreadsheet • Write descriptions and list items • Package items ready for posting • Assisting the eCommerce Co-ordinator in selecting the correct items, inserting invoices, and packaging the order safely before franking the order ready for collection • Assisting in the collection of all orders via the Royal Mail collection service • Notifying the eCommerce Co-ordinator of all posted orders, dispatch dates, and estimated arrival times • Notifying the eCommerce Co-ordinator of any out-of-stock items, order discrepancies, and any other issues • Assisting the eCommerce Co-ordinator in stock management
